Rooted in Kenya and engaged across East Africa, Ecojamii works alongside communities to ensure their voices drive transformative change in public health, migration governance, and climate action.

Our Approach
Community-Led Engagement
We actively work with communities to amplify their voices, priorities, and lived experiences in shaping public policies. We facilitate dialogue between citizens and decision-makers, ensuring inclusivity and ownership.

We advocate for equitable public health policies that prioritize preventive care, access to information, and community wellbeing — especially in relation to nutrition, non-communicable diseases, and harmful product consumption.
Climate Change and Environmental Sustainability
We support communities to adapt to and mitigate the impacts of climate change. Our work promotes climate-smart practices, environmental education, and resilience-building through locally led solutions.
Migration and Human Mobility
We address the vulnerabilities of migrants and displaced communities, working to protect their rights and influence humane, just, and inclusive migration policies — especially along East African migration corridors.
Data, Governance, and Policy Advocacy
We generate community-centered research and use data to push for policy reforms that are transparent, inclusive, and responsive. We empower communities to claim their space in governance processes and demand accountability.
